How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are typically processed on the same day if ordered by 2pm. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your purchase.
Express postage can be arranged at an additional charge for next day delivery if ordered before 2pm.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. Once the order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Is shipping outside of the Australia offered?
Yes, FASHION MODE can ship outside of Australia. Unfortunately, free shipping is not offered on international orders. Please contact us for a quote.
How can I track my order?
Packages can be tracked through the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping Australia wide.
Are returns accepted?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement for any non-discounted, unworn items in their original packaging with FASHION MODE tags attached, within 14 days of the ship date.
Can I exchange a received item for a different accessory?
We can only provide exchanges for the same item.
What is the return shipping process?
At the bottom of the invoice is a return form for you to fill out.
Please return within 14 days of receiving the item.
You will receive an email confirmation once your package arrives to the Returns department and confirmation of your return/exchange request.
Can I return a sale item?
Discounted items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How long does it take to get a refund?
You will receive an email notification from the FASHION MODE returns department once your refund has been processed.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
